- Answer the questions the form asks for that kind of service: speed, number of lines, static IPs, who manages the router. They are the questions a carrier will ask anyway.
- Quotes are added to the request as they come in, by your advisor or by you. Each carries its monthly price, one-time charges and term.
- Compare them in one view. The total cost over the term is calculated for every quote so a low monthly price with a high install fee does not win by accident.
- Choose one. The request becomes an order and then a project, with the steps to installation and a first-bill check when it goes live.
