Watch a circuit for outages

A watched internet circuit is checked every minute. Two misses open a ticket, the third emails, and the outage is logged for a credit claim.

2 min

  1. Open Circuit Watch and pick the internet circuits to watch. A circuit needs a public address the check can reach; MPLS and private lines cannot be watched from the internet.
  2. Each watched circuit is checked every minute. One miss shows amber; two in a row open a ticket; the third sends an email to the people who asked for circuit alerts.
  3. When the circuit answers again the ticket gets the outage length, and the outage log on the service is ready for an SLA credit claim.

Circuit Watch is an optional add-on priced per watched site. Status pages of the big cloud and phone providers are checked for every workspace at no charge, and an outage they post shows on the services that use them.

In the app: Circuit Watch. Sign in to open them in your workspace.
