About DemarcLabs
We sold telecom for years. This is the system we wished our customers had.
DemarcLabs was started in 2026 by Sam Bonomo after years of selling telecom and watching capable IT teams manage carrier services out of a spreadsheet, a shared inbox and the memory of whoever signed the last contract. Bills went unchecked, renewals went by unnoticed, and the people who could have fixed it had bigger problems to solve.
The name comes from the demarcation point, the spot where the carrier's responsibility ends and yours begins. Everything on your side of that line lives in DemarcLabs: one source of truth for the company that owns the services and the advisor who helps run them.
What we believe
Four rules the product follows.
The customer owns the record
Inventory, contracts, bills and history belong to the company they describe. An advisor works in them with permission, and the permission can be taken back.
Every number has a source
A cost, a renewal date or a savings figure is only worth showing when it points back to the bill, the contract or the person who confirmed it. Software should never guess and present the guess as fact.
Advice is paid for in the open
Advisors are paid by carriers. That is normal and it is fine, as long as the customer sees the quotes side by side and makes the choice. Compensation never changes what a customer is shown.
AI drafts, people decide
Reading a forty page bill is work a machine should do. Confirming that the bill is wrong, and deciding what to do about it, is work a person should do. DemarcLabs keeps that line.
