Accessibility at DemarcLabs

Technology governance should be usable without navigating around unnecessary barriers.

DemarcLabs uses Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 Level AA as the product standard for the public site and core customer workflows. Accessibility is part of design, implementation, release testing, and customer support.

Keyboard access

Core actions use native links, buttons, and form controls. Skip navigation and visible focus treatment support keyboard movement.

Clear structure

Landmarks, headings, labels, table captions, and status semantics help people understand page purpose and changing results.

Responsive presentation

Public and core product routes are reviewed at mobile, tablet, and desktop widths without requiring a separate interface.

Actionable feedback

Upload progress, validation failures, review outcomes, and completion states use visible and programmatic announcements.

Accessibility assurance

  • Axe-based automated evaluation covers the public trust pages and authenticated privacy-request workflow in the release test suite.
  • Semantic landmarks, labeled forms, accessible names, table captions, and human-readable statuses are covered by component and source tests.
  • Core responsive routes have been checked at 390, 1024, and 1440 pixel widths without page-level horizontal overflow.
  • The public interface provides skip navigation, consistent focus indicators, and reduced-motion behavior.
  • Important upload, review, privacy-request, and error states expose visible status or alert announcements.

How we validate

DemarcLabs combines automated rules, source and component contracts, responsive visual review, and targeted interaction checks. The company publishes only conformance claims supported by the scope of its current evidence and does not display an independent WCAG certification.

The validation program prioritizes keyboard use, screen-reader semantics, zoom, contrast, target size, responsive layouts, and critical task completion. Provider-hosted experiences are reviewed within the scope of the service that uses them.

Confirmed barriers are documented in plain language with an available alternative and remediation status. Customers can request the current validation scope through their DemarcLabs contact.

Encountered an accessibility barrier?

Customers can report the page, task, assistive technology, and preferred contact method through the private support channel defined in their agreement. Prospective users can use the request form and write “accessibility” in the request. Do not attach private documents. DemarcLabs will acknowledge accessibility reports under the applicable support-response target.
