A file is attached where it was uploaded: a bill on its service, a quote on its request, a photo on its ticket. Documents lists all of them for the account with what each is and what it links to, so a contract is found from either side.
- Attach a file from the Files card on any service, project, ticket or location. Files up to 50 MB are accepted.
- Upload a contract or order form and the reader proposes the commercial terms: term, end date, notice period, renewal clause. Confirm them and they land on the service.
- Search finds files by name, and the record it is attached to.
