The audit runs on every bill a person confirms, in every client workspace. The recurring charge is checked against the agreed rate (add-ons included), and against the service's own earlier bills for a charge creeping up, fees jumping, or a canceled service still being billed. A bill over the rate, or for a month after the cancel date, gets a dispute drafted the moment it is saved, with every figure from the record.
- Keep the bills coming in: upload them, forward them to the client's bill address, or let the client's team do it. Bills that look right can be accepted in one go on the client's Bills page; the rest open one at a time.
- Open Bill audit under your firm. The scoreboard shows, for the quarter, what was found on the bills, what was disputed with the providers and what came back as credits, by client and for the whole book, with a line you can quote that names no client.
- Work the findings: a drafted dispute opens ready to paste into the provider's portal or an email. Mark it sent, and mark it credited when the credit appears on a bill; it then lands on the client's savings ledger.
- Share a client's quarter: the client sheet lists every overcharge, dispute, credit and other saving for the quarter, ready to send.
The app finds and drafts; your firm reviews and sends. Nothing is sent to a provider on its own, no bill is paid, and the client sees the same disputes and credits in its own workspace.
